Well, summer's nearly over--and it's nearing time for school to start. That's something I wished didn't have to happen almost so soon, but.. alas, I don't have to worry about going the full 12 hours this year--since I'm focused on getting a degree in culinary arts. I was thinking that--well.. I should well.. want to also have a degree in business (Bachelor's of Science/Business).

Yeah, well... I learned that when I registered for classes with a nice lady named: Ailene yesterday. And, it makes me feel kinda bad since I didn't do well on the Exit Test (pre Thea) so I could pass the class--and be able to get into a higher level of DREA or into English 1301.

I'm kinda happy that I won't have anything to do after 10:50 A on the 25th of August. :) After being in class for 2 hours, I'll be able to go home. :) That means I'll be able to be home WAY before my brother--and that means I'll be able to get my homework done sooner on that day--for my writing class.

Maybe my mother and I should well.. tell Andrea that we want to be able to work on a degree in business as well as for culinary. That way I maybe able to take a 4th class either this semester, or the next. Well.. it still maybe three since... well after this semester I'll be done with DWRI altogether.

..But, I really don't know if I should.... well, start working on the business degree as well as starting on finishing with working on the degree I plan to get in culinary. Though, I don't know if Ms. Drummond will be able to even support me if I plan on starting another degree @ the same time I'm working on towards the culinary degree.

...I'm really looking forward to school this year. :3 I hope I pass this semester--so I won't have to pay for any of the classes at all.

I'm majoring in Culinary Arts, although the only thing that I found out was close to culinary at all was Nutrition. Thanks Richland for at least have one food related course!
